Excellent food and service.

We were luckier than the people who had badly reviewed experiences. Service was fine. Food was acceptable but not great.

Was in Steamboat for the weekend with a group of friends. Had a large order delivered in the snow one night (kudos to the driver) after a long day of skiing. Can honestly say I’ve never been more disappointed with Chinese take-out. My general tso’s was completely tasteless and soggy. Everyone else agreed it was the worst Chinese takeout they’ve ever had - which is a bold statement coming from a group of starving skiers that wouldn’t have been hard to please. Would not recommend.

Worst service and food quality was bad and way over priced.. when i called the lady on the phone was the very rude and I asked them to bring me a new Order and come pick this food up she said the cook left I would stay away from this nasty place also the lady said that’s why they send in a microwaveable container because it sits in the delivery drivers car so it may get cold

The food is good and extremely fresh,but the prices are way to steep. Be prepared to drop some serious cash.

The restaurant took 2 hours to fulfill an order and neglected to tell us when they missed out on 2 orders. Needless to say, we will not be coming back here again

The best thing going for this place is the bottled beer. They lost our reservation, then sat us next to the backdoor by a stack of patio furniture. We then sat there for easily 15 minutes without one person acknowledge us. Food was horrific, tasted like store bought frozen tasteless food. I am not exaggerating! I've been in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and I was appauled at EVERYTHING. Service was unprofessional and chaotic. No one seemed to know what the hell was going on. Do not waste a dime on this place. From the lacking decor, terrible service, and tasteless subpair food. Why is this place even in business?

Soooo. Don’t even bother eating your time or money at this place. Because If you go there to eat, that’s exactly what you’re doing. They can’t keep their orders straight. We waited for almost 30 minutes for just a part of our to go order and they didn’t even get that right. They missed part of our order altogether and didn’t include one single grain of rice with ANY of the entrees that were ordered. The general tso’s Chicken was terrible and tasteless, and the sesame chicken has all of maybe three pieces of chicken. All in all, find another place to eat. There are many other places in steamboat to find better food, and better service.

Awesome place to go after the hot springs. You will not be disappointed I promise.

Awful. Tasteless. Rice was pasty and salty. The kung pao chicken haf a garden of vegetable serving and a couple of pieces of chicken. Not going there anymore.

My kids love this! Great egg drop soup and veggie egg rolls.

Good amount of food for the price, which is sometimes hard to find in steamboat! Good specials for lunch if you want to check it out

Just picked up our to go order. Didn’t even know what we ordered when my husband got there. My husbands General chicken was soggy and not good. He couldn’t even finish it. He then tried the egg roll and spit it out. Tastes like something in the frozen food section they just popped in the microwave. Would not recommend.

My favorite lunch in Steamboat for 15 plus years and Vicky is the best waitress ever.

I normally wouldn't write a review, but this resturant was too bad to pass up. We came in and ordered a lunch special, the soup was absolutely awful, and sesame chicken tasted old, and the fried rice tasted like it was microwaved bagged rice. Service was actually quick if not helpful, but the poor quality of the food left us hungry and disgusted.

Great food, and wonderful service. I would recommend this place to anyone going through Steamboat.

The food is good and the service is friendly. The price is a little steep. The decor is nice.

Michael was so very great when I ordered delivery. My wife was required by the doctor to avoid sugar and dairy for 3 weeks. Michael made sure they could help her out. I apologize to those people who had to wait while Michael spent extra time on me, but he will be there for you too when you need him!

The food is pretty good, the service, whether it's in house or ordered to go, is lacking-- greatly. They could care less about the business. Good luck finding a good menu for online ordering. I'm local, and go here when nothing else is available!

Excellent food. Staff could have been a little more friendly

Staff is very nice and food was delicious I highly recommend. Tastes a little bit more fast food than expected but although prices are good and very nice people. I got the egg drop soup and it was delicious.

This place was disgusting! Do not eat here. $37 for paper plates, silverware and napkins on the table for all to touch. The food was subpar at best. Save your $$ go to someplace worth your time and won't make you feel like barfing. They never asked how the food was or checked on us. We left half a plate of sushi. Yuck. I wish I could barf and eat a different meal. Never again. Blech. Plus the bathrooms area Community bathroom for ALL the offices in that building. Not covidsafe. Not clean. Not pleasurable. Wish I could get a refund it was THAT bad!!

The food was ok I ordered a thai Iced it tasted nothing like it, the service is terrible the waitress seems like she doesn't enjoy the job I asked for napkins she literally throw them in the table, she was walking away as I was still ordering and she didn't seem very happy! First and last time not coming back to this place again!

Not super consistent, but we still go there once every couple months.

We've patronized this place since it was originally opened in the mid-1980's and loved the food and service. In the past several years the food and service have become horrible. It is such a shame because this has been a Steamboat institution but has become something of an embarrassment.

Had a great experience. Food was awesome and fresh. Max was awesome, even helped create an off-menu concoction for my son. All around great experience. Will be back!

Our family had a very nice dinner here. Service and atmosphere was quite pleasant and different types of food here from sushi to Thai to Chinese was helpful in giving everyone a little something to choose from. We will be back next time in town!

General tao was so blend. Great service but food wasn't to great

Ordering experience was long and complicated. Pad Thai arrived cold despite a relatively short delivery wait time, beef in pepper beef (though 99% bamboo shoots) was literal mush and tasted old, pineapple fried rice had a strange sweet flavor, like nutmeg or something. Overall, $47 for 3 super not good entries. Wouldn’t recommend.

Love the General Chicken, Crab Rangoon, Peanut Curry, Sambi roll and Hot n Sour soup. Friendly service, great atmosphere and affordable menu. Definitely the right choce for Asian Thai fusion in Steamboat Springs!

One of my favorite places to eat in Steamboat. The food is good, service is fast and easy to find. Parking may be a little challenging at times, but it is worth the effort.

Waitress was extremely polite and attentive. Food was quick, fresh, and super delicious. You always know a good restaurant when you can see the kitchen.

Ever since they changed ownership the staff has been turning over faster and faster, my last 3 deliveries were messed up, one they screwed up which dishes were spicy, one had mouldy rice paper and melted styrofoam, and the last took 5 phone calls and over 2 hours. No exaggeration my favorite place in town is now horrible. Horrible service, horrible consistency. And as a side not in the last few months they raised their fried rice prices by something like $4. Ridiculous. Give your money to a different owner that understands quality, noodles and more, Sumatra, or Joki

Got food delivered and some of the order wasn’t correct. Not sure how someone can confuse shrimp for chicken, but they managed. Then, the other dish, which was a shrimp dish, only had four shrimp. The overall quality of the food wasn’t there either. I used to eat here often and it was decent, not great but decent. Now I can’t say the same. I will not be going here anymore. Unfortunate for them and fortunate for us, we have other Thai food options in the boat now.

Food is pretty good, probably the best option for Chinese in town, as long as they aren't having an off night. But they are doing dine in now and it's an absolute junk show. Seat yourself, get your own water, menus and utensils, order at the counter and then wait for your food to be served in plastic, disposable containers like a to go order. Had to remind them twice about our beverages and soup, but we were the only people in there. Also, don't advertise happy hour prices and then charge people full price for everything. Paid like $30 more than it was supposed to be. I understand that in these times there's a lot of extra cleaning and sanitizing to be done, but don't open for dine in or advertise a happy hour if you aren't equipped to do those things.

1st time we ordered delivery was good! 2nd time was very frustrating, the lady who took our order was rude and didnt seem to know what she was doing. The whole ordering process was very complicated. She estimated us 30-45 min and it took over an hour and a half. When the food showed up it was cold and half my soup was spilled into the bag 😒
